Tool Reimbursement Program
One very innovative program that
can reduce your company's expenses while increasing your technical staff's
income has been available and
used in the construction industry for a number of years. It is now been
discovered to be as effective for the Collision Repair and Service Industry
as well.
This program is referred to as an
Accountable Tools Reimbursement Plan and is managed by Pro-Check, a Michigan
based organization specializing
in tool reimbursement management. The accountable managed program reduces
your indirect expenses for employees. This is possible because it allows you to
pay a portion of the employee's wages "tax free" for the reimbursement for
maintenance and upkeep of their tools. This not only reduces your tax liability
but allows increases in the net earnings of each participating and qualified
employee !
Does it sound too good to be true
